Marketing Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with New and Current customers through needs based conversations to identify products and services to fill gaps in coverage and meet customer needs
  • Market State Farm Insurance Products by developing personal lead sources, attending marketing events and gaining customer referrals
  • Keep track of Personal and Team goals and work to reach them

Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Salesforce experience is a plus!
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
